Does limits on the amount of money one can donate to a political party limit freedom of expression?

First Amendment of the US constitution gives us five freedoms: freedom of speech, freedom of religion, free to assemble, free to petition, and freedom of press.

By putting a limit on the amount of money that can be donated limit our free expression?

Maybe we want ot show our dedication to a party by donating several million but can’t. Is our expression limited?
